For the safety of the pets and staff, the building entrance is locked unless we are expecting you. We close the front office when there are large gaps of time between clients or the last appointment of the day is completed.

  • Mon-Fri appointments available from 9am-6pm
  • Saturday appointments available from 9-11 am
  • Closed to the public Sundays and holidays - as with any business sometimes the front office is closed. The cats always receive their regular daily care.
  • Due to daily feeding/exercise/cleaning we are unable to greet guests prior to 9 am

Reserve well in advance!

Boarding charges are per calendar day, including arrival and departure days, regardless of time. Cats receive same quality of care each day .

**3 DAY MINIMUM STAY. ** Please reserve well in advance. It is not unusual to book 4-6 months ahead. Please provide specific dates. With our limited amount of space we cannot schedule you or other customers based on guesswork.

Minimum $40 deposit by credit card is required to hold a reservation. Non-refundable.

Early Discharge Policy:

All days we have reserved for you must be paid, even if your cat leaves the facility earlier than planned.


We are holding space pending your pet's arrival. Due to limited space during peak times, sometimes potential guests are turned away. Please cancel in a timely manner. Deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable.
